What payment methods are accepted?

We offer two payment methods, by credit card and PayPal.

When can I receive the purchased product?

By making a purchase on our site, once your payment has been validated by your bank or PayPal, your order will be delivered by email instantly.

I need a USB installer for the software I purchased.

When you purchase a product key, we will send you installation instructions, including a download link. A USB installer is therefore not necessary. However, some people with a very slow connection find it difficult to download a full operating system. It also happens that no operating system is installed on their PC.

I haven’t received all the keys I bought?

As stated in the previous ”  Purchases” section  , if you are purchasing more than 5 product keys, please allow sufficient time to process your order. In general, it takes less than an hour to receive your complete order. For purchases of more than 10 product keys, the processing time can be up to 12 hours.

It’s always a good idea to let us know in advance that you’re planning to buy in bulk so we can prepare our stock and fulfill your entire order instantly after checkout.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

I want a refund?

Once the product key is issued, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable, except in very rare cases where it is found to be defective. A common error, which occurs in almost all cases of non-functional product key, is due to an invisible space accidentally copied when the key is copyed and pasted by the buyer.

Example: The product key is 1111-2222-3333. The buyer highlighted the product key, but mistakenly highlighted the space between “is” and “1111”. So he copied *1111-2222-3333, where the asterisk (*) represents the copied invisible space.

However, in the extremely rare cases where the product key turns out to be defective, you have the option to replace it or get a full refund, as promised. Note that it is very difficult to prove that a product key does not work, as it can be officially validated.

I bought the wrong product Help!

If the product key has already been issued, it is no longer exchangeable or refundable. It is essential to ensure that you are purchasing the right products before finalizing your order.

If no product key has yet been issued, contact us immediately. We will simply cancel your order so that you can order the appropriate product.

The USB installer I received is not working.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems with the USB installer. We will replace the full USB drive free of charge if the problem is due to a corrupted installation file or a faulty USB drive.

A hardware defect and system incompatibility can also lead to installation errors despite a flawless USB installer. Make sure your motherboard is UEFI compatible and allows USB booting. Please note that we do not offer technical support for these issues. We assume that when you purchase our products, your system meets the minimum requirements and works perfectly.

Refund deadlines:
 the refund is made within the day, the customer will receive the amount of the refund within the period applied by his bank according to the payment method used. Example: payment by PayPal, the refund is immediate. Payment by credit card, the customer will receive the refund amount usually between 1 and 3 days.
