World War Z is a third-person shooter video game developed by Saber Interactive in 2019. The game is loosely based on the book “World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War” from 2006, and set in the same world as a 2013 movie adaptation.
World War Z follows the survivors of a zombie apocalypse, who have to fight for their lives in post-apocalyptic cities such as New York, Jerusalem, Moscow, Tokyo, and Marseille.
World War Z: Aftermath
World War Z: Aftermath is the expansion for World War Z, developed in 2021. The game adds two new episodes, a new class, first-person mode, and a new enemy to the gameplay.
The new episodes take you to Rome and Kamchatka, adding six new levels to the game.
Turn the tide of the zombie apocalypse and join forces with up to three other players or play on your own with the AI team against the brain-eating zombies. Explore the various locations around the world.

During the gameplay, you can choose to take the role of one of the characters, both the new ones and those well known to the players. Fight against the undead using a new brutal melee system or choose dual-wield weapon options, like the sickle and cleaver! World War Z: Aftermath also enables you to customize your weapons.
The new First-Person mode allows you to experience the game from a completely new perspective, making the blood pump faster in your veins. On top of that, there are new enemies to oppose – the flesh-hungry Rats!
The next generation of the Zombie Swarm
